How exciting!  Badly Drawn Boy has a new album coming out.  It's called Born in the UK (given the man's Springsteen obsession, I think the homage is pretty clear, but I'm wondering if the lyrical content of UK will mimic Born in the U.S.A. at all...how interesting that would be!), and it will be out on October 23.  I believe this is a UK release date, but I'm sure that a U.S. date will be right around the corner.

I did hear his new single on XFM, but I have to listen to it so low at work that I cannot tell you with any certainty whether it is good or not.  There is nothing in this world that I love more than a cubicle.  Or not.

Seriously, wouldn't it be amazing if BDB did a cover of "I'm on Fire," or something else off of U.S.A.?
