Shows of Interest
For an evening of relaxation and tranquility (via music, I can't make any guarantees about the crowd, but you make the inference here), go to T.T.'s on 12/10 for the Pernice Brothers / Archer Prewitt bill. Quiet is the new loud, my friends...
Also coming up:
Avalon's got the Deftones on 12/1, and My Morning Jacket on 12/2, then it's back to the 90's with the Lemonheads on 12/16.
Something else of note, perhaps: MMJ's cover of "Rocket Man" is fan-f-ing-tastic.

I'm all over that Lemonheads show... even if their new cd is alright (perhaps a review later) I could use some golden oldies from the golden Dando.

I know...whenever I listen to "Come on Feel the Lemonheads" (which is not an infrequent choice on my iPod), I always feel like I am 15 again. Golden oldies indeed...
