Snooze
Oslo's "The Rise and Fall of Love and Hate" has a good title, but that's the best thing this band's got to offer right now. They're like every middle-of-the-road British-type band you've ever briefy bobbed your head to and prompty forgotten about (Longpigs, Longwave, etc.). Nothing terribly offensive, but it's got everything you expect (vaguely Richard Aschroft-esque vocals, earnest guitars and meh lyrics) and nothing you don't.
If you're really that interested, check out: "The Rise and Fall of Love and Hate," "Things Fall Apart"
If you'd like something interesting, try out the breathy, slinky Bat for Lashes on "What's a Girl to Do?"
